Under the initiative “Empowering Rural Youth Through Sports”, we successfully organized village-level practice matches involving 14 teams, creating an energetic and inspiring platform for rural youth to showcase their sporting talent, discipline, and teamwork 🤝🏽🏆. This impactful initiative is proudly supported as a CSR initiative of IIFL Samasta Finance Limited, reflecting their strong commitment to youth empowerment and grassroots development 🌍✨.
These practice matches were more than just games 🎯—they served as a talent identification and assessment platform, helping evaluate players’ skills, discipline, and sporting potential ahead of the upcoming main tournaments. For many young participants, this experience became a powerful step toward confidence-building, leadership, and structured sports engagement 💪🔥.
